45 minutes of training is an optimal time to create great results. LiFT sessions create high EPOC (exercise post oxygen consumption) which means you get a huge calorie burn post training.
What is LiFT?
LiFT is a small group strength training studio that specialises in creating stronger, healthier and happier bodies for the long term. We don’t do cardio. We don’t do impact. We just do strength.
