Small groups
Groups are capped at 16 and coached. Keeping sessions small means you get the attention
you need when training.
Done in 45
45 minutes of training is an optimal time to create great results. LiFT sessions create high EPOC (exercise post oxygen consumption) which means you get a huge calorie burn post training.
